A Typewritten Name at the End of an Email may be a Form of Electronic Signature

Remember that almost anything that RPost service is used for basically employs an electronic signature, as any electronic record that is created and sent under the provisions of electronic law is in fact a document that one has sent with an electronic signature once the sender has typed his or her name as sender.  The purpose of electronic law was to promote e-commerce and so any electronic record that is used for the purpose of transmitting commerce, creating a legal obligation, statement of fact, etc. only exists as a legal document because it has an electronic signature that meets legal requirements.
