RPost continues to build its legal customer base through a key legal practice management integration with Zola and unique bundle offers featuring RMail alongside Microsoft’s Office 365 and LawToolBox.
This week, Zola Media announced that it is integrating RPost services into Zola Suite, its cloud-based legal practice management application. Zola announced the news at ABA TECHSHOW 2017. The combination of Zola Suite and RPost redefines “legal email” for lawyers.
“Zola Suite’s RPost integration truly brings next generation capabilities to Zola’s email client,” said Fred Cohen, CEO and Chief Architect of Zola Suite. “With the click of a button, attorneys can now send encrypted emails without leaving Zola Suite and access court-admissible proof of email content delivered, time-stamped and recorded automatically associated with its client matter. We are thrilled to be the only practice management application to offer this technology built in, for the benefit of all Zola Suite users.” To learn more about the partnership, register to attend a free webinar on April 5.
RPost has also teamed up with LawToolBox and Microsoft to offer Cloud Suite for the Modern Lawyer to legal practices across the country. Cloud Suite for the Modern Lawyer is a product bundle that includes RMail, LawToolBox365, a cloud based legal calendaring and docketing add-on for Outlook, and Microsoft Office 365. Both RMail and LawToolBox365 operate from within the Outlook inbox, making the services especially useful to attorneys that use Outlook for email and calendars.
Lastly, RPost will be offering an Office 365/RMail promotion exclusively available to members of The Chicago Bar Association (CBA), allowing member attorneys to purchase RMail and Office 365 together for $19.50 per user per month. The promotion will launch in late March.
“RPost provides ways to add security and safeguards to confidential communication combined with ease of use.” said Catherine Sanders Reach, Director, Law Practice Management & Technology, The Chicago Bar Association.
“Attorneys rely on RMail to send their most critical email – email that has true consequence if a recipient is to deny receipt, dispute content, or inadvertently expose its confidential matter,” adds RPost CEO Zafar Khan. “RMail services offer ease-of-use for both attorneys and their clients.”
The Florida Bar, The Chicago Bar Association, and other leading bar associations have recommended their members use RPost’s Registered Email™ services for time-dependent and critical email.
